At Nur Jewellery House, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items such as earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom-made pieces are non-returnable.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Exchanges
- If this item was received as a gift and you’d prefer a different style or size, we’re happy to help.
